How to add new business with the same phone number

You can manage multiple businesses using the same phone number in InOut Bills. This is useful if you run multiple companies or have different business entities.

Step 1: Go to Settings

From your dashboard, click on the Settings option in the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Navigate to "Add New Business"

In the Settings menu, find and click on "Add New Business" option.

Step 3: Enter Business Details

Fill in the required information for your new business:

• Business Name - Enter your company name
• GST Number - Add your GST registration number (if applicable)
• Address - Provide your business address
• Other Details - Complete any additional required fields

Step 4: Save and Switch

Click Save to add the new business. You can then switch between your businesses from the dashboard using the business selector.

Note: All your businesses will be linked to the same phone number, making it easy to manage multiple companies from a single account. You can switch between businesses anytime from your dashboard.
