How to change customer state

Note: You can only change the state of a customer if you have not created any documents (Invoices, Quotations, etc.) for that customer.

Step 1 : Go to the Customer menu.

Step 2 : Find the customer and click on the "Edit" button.

Step 3 : Select the new state from the State dropdown and click on the "Save" button.
