A Support Pin is a temporary access code that allows our support team to securely access your account to help resolve issues. This pin is valid for a limited time and can be regenerated as needed.
From your dashboard, click on the Settings option in the left sidebar menu.
In the Settings menu, locate and click on "Generate Support PIN" option.
Click the "Generate PIN" button. A unique 6-digit PIN will be created for you.
Copy the generated PIN and share it with our support team via phone, email, or chat. This allows them to access your account temporarily to resolve your issue.

Important: The Support PIN is temporary and expires after a certain period or after being used once. Never share your Support PIN publicly or with anyone other than official InOut Bills support staff.
